Weekly resolutions

Got any? That’s good for health.

This last week had been a bit brain-taking, and I had no time to concentrate on anything else than work. Which means, it’s time to get this straight again: I’ve got better to do.

Firstly, I have to write my new years vows. Go plenty of letterpressed cards to print and send. I was supposed to do this today, but as ever, was caught by sleep in the afternoon.
Then, I’ve got to clean up my font folder a bit: it’s getting messy in there damn!
And eventually, I’ve to clean up the blog too, it starts to look clumsy.
The odds are, I’ll be playing katamari damacy a lot (how addictive), watch Dexter and Sailor Moon (What??),  and read my last san francisco chronicles book. I’m that weak, that’s creepy!

Anyway, what about you, any more interesting plans for the week?
Please save me from my procrastinating mood!

One of our main client has been awarded several times —which is great, and most of the biggest agencies were in the top list. So I read it, as a matter of cultural immersion, even if I have no peculiar interest in who’ve won what.
Awards are given to the best Art director and best Creative director of the year: 9 names on the top AD and 11 on the top CD. Which leads us to 20 names.
And only 2 women. WTF??

Doing some researches for a poster project, I stumbled across a book I completely forgot about. Geek, video games lover, and 80’s nerd, let me introduce you to “I love games graphics”, a book by Tsuyoshi Kusano, a book for nerds, by a nerd. The cover is a soft white rubbery embossed game boy, which embodies the content of the book itself: numerous pages of old arcade games and nintendo goods. The book is quite cheap, and really woth the price.

Buy it here!
