Helvetica Moleskine, part 3.

helvetica molesikne bird stampsThe Holy Grail, the saint of the saint, the mesmerizing dream designer product, the incredibly fantastically sexy trendy collector object — namely, the helvetica Moleskine, has finally reached my door. It came in a lovely mail, with beautiful birds stamps, that I know will make one of my friend very happy. The notebook itself what contained in a second brown enveloppe, with à manila paper coating. More than safe should I say. This is image heavy, so jump after the cut.

The little treasure is a small format moleskine, making it very handy to carry in a purse or a pocket. Like every Moleskine, it offers a soft (lined) paper, slightly yellowish, a grainy black cover, and a distinctive smell of creativity, that no one can smell but me.
The last page offers a brief history of Helvetica, to remind you that this is a special edition. The black edition is beautifully minimalistic — it only lacks the white cross to be the oh-so-perfect jewel of my dream.

I’ve not yet decided what I’ll be doing with this, but I already know I’ll order one more (red edition) to fulfill my need for graphical trendiness. 25€ is a bargain for such a collector, even if I probably won’t ever scribble on it.
Find out more about this on my previous posts here and here.

Ps: Excuse the  crappy phone pics, the abusive filters and the strange angles: I’m a frustrated lomo addict.
