While searching Flick’r for some fresh inspiration, I stumbled upon this fantastic set of vintage logos, from a mid-70 book called “world of logotypes”. Most of them look incredibly up-to-date, not to mention the clever use of fonts and geometry. They make my eyes tickle with joy. I ust wonder if in 30 years, we’ll look at uour design books with such enjoyment ?

Vintage logo designs are still appealing and unique. It’s a nice thing to see vintage logo designs to compare the evolution in today’s generation.

I really love how vintage designs are somewhat more modern than the junk produced today. I may be a nostalgic kind, but I really find those more effective than a 2.0 logo (gradient filled and drop shadowed).
