And for the few people who either don’t notice it, or ignore it at the intersection, I suggest we have Hypno-Toad sitting on every stop sign to stop all humans by the force of his mental powers. Now THAT’S safe!

I don’t know if putting hypno toad would be effective, it really depends of the toad you see… Who can trust a toad nowadays? That’s a question we never ask ourselves enough…
