For those of you who are on the geek side, I’ve designed this quick sketch for an upcoming teeshirt. I really like how all of this started: a joke on twitter, a design, a virtual meeting, an then, the perspective of real further developments. The guy who’ll print this needs to have at least 50 pre-orders for them (you on’t have to pay anything yet, of course). If you’d like one, please send a mail to gitshirt@palleas.com . This reminded me of a conversation I’ve had quite a few time ago with a bunch of ubisoft game developers. They had such a strong vision of personality types, they’d organized the work in function of each person results to the test. Meaning if they were a P they wouldn’t work with a J. Interestingly enough, they were all quite on the maniac side (meaning thinking/organization kind). Anyway, I do wonder if this really do influence our work.
