I don’t believe that having strong Sensing and Perceiving traits necessarily rules out one’s ability to be a talented designer. However, someone with these traits should be aware of these as key differences when working with other designers around them.”

This reminded me of a conversation I’ve had quite a few time ago with a bunch of ubisoft game developers. They had such a strong vision of personality types, they’d organized the work in function of each person results to the test. Meaning if they were a P they wouldn’t work with a J. Interestingly enough, they were all quite on the maniac side (meaning thinking/organization kind). Anyway, I do wonder if this really do influence our work.
Did you take the test? What are your results?
I’m INTJ… \o/
