Helvetica Moleskine, part 3.
The Holy Grail, the saint of the saint, the mesmerizing dream designer product, the incredibly fantastically sexy trendy collector object — namely, the helvetica Moleskine, has finally reached my door. It came in a lovely mail, with beautiful birds stamps, that I know will make one of my friend very happy. The notebook itself what contained in a second brown enveloppe, with à manila paper coating. More than safe should I say. This is image heavy, so jump after the cut.
About the Helvetica Moleskine again

Few weeks ago, I told you about the Helvetica Moleskine. Since then, it grew up as a trend on the interweb, and more and more of you are coming to see this designer’s holy grail.Good news: you canbuy it here! And Ilovetypography will organize a giveaway and a sale in the days to come. Aren’t you happy now? I already ordered one, black version, that I’ll never touch, but will probably look at for years. Oh the consumerism in the crisis time feels like a deadly sin.
Have you seen this?
The Helvetica Moleskine.
It combines two things that most designers love: moleskine notebook + Helvetica typeface. Plus it’s red. With a white cross.
Even I, in my yet usual ”I-want-to-criticize” habit, can’t tell anything more than: I’d like one.
Even if I think Helvetica is overused as an “easy” font choice.
Even if I think Moleskine is cliché.
…
I am so gregarious.
I’ll go and self-punish myself, repeating a thousand time, “I won’t use helvetica or avant-garde every time I want to do poster.”
(I saw it here. There are more pics for the curious.)
